Got a call from this Clovis number about some warranty letters they supposedly sent me for my car. It’s a 2008 model, and I’ve had it for over 6 years, but I’ve never received any letters. The call was automated, and the robot said its name was Heather, probably to sound more trustworthy or something. It asked if I wanted to chat with a warranty specialist. From what I remember, the warranty expired ages ago - I took the car in for a service before it ran out, maybe about five years back. Tried ringing them back but just got a busy tone. Seems a bit dodgy to me.
