I've been dealing with these scammers claiming to be from AT&T, telling me they can “save me money” but pushing me to make huge changes to my equipment and service. They say the monthly fee will be $148 forever, which just doesn’t sound right. After spending ages looking into it, I found no record of any such employee or plan - obviously a scam. Eventually, I managed to contact a genuine AT&T rep who confirmed everything was all good with my business phone line and reassured me that my service was safe. The dodgy call I got was supposedly to “verify” my account, but I knew it was rubbish from the start. NEVER trust callers without checking for an employee’s name, company ID, a callback number, and make sure they know your account details (a real rep will have that info handy). Always double-check before making any changes!

This number keeps popping up on my phone, but I have no clue who it's meant to be.
