That's a weird one, didn't have a UK dialling code... rang through to voicemail and no one bothered to leave anything! Ever since we started putting unknown numbers straight to answer phone, none of them ever bother to speak up - pretty clear they're dodgy calls!

Got woken up this morning by this number, clearly they don’t care about time zones. I always ignore it since the caller ID says it's from abroad. They keep switching numbers too, sometimes it comes up as hidden. This is the tenth time they’ve called in the last seven days. They’re pretending to be from Microsoft, talking about some problem with my computer.

Got a call from someone claiming my PC was infected with some dangerous virus. I played along for a bit, then said I don’t even own a computer. He just hung up right away! Total scam trying to con you out of cash!

A bloke with a foreign accent ringing up, says he's from Talktalk and keeps asking "How are you today ma'am?" Got calls like 4 times over the past couple of days.

Its just scammers attempting to hack into your computer or router so they can nick your passwords and stuff to rip you off.

Somebody called me saying they were from TalkTalk offering a refund, but I don't even have their broadband. I chatted with them for a good ten minutes, then told them their English was surprisingly good - normally I can't make out what these scam people say. That’s when they hung up. The call came from a private Texas landline owned by a Gloria Smith, apparently.

This number has tried ringing me loads of times, usually some polite bloke with a foreign accent calling me mam. He says he’s from TalkTalk, claiming there have been issues with my router. I got in touch with TalkTalk myself and they confirmed this number is dodgy. I told them I don’t even use a computer. They just hung up on me. Then a foreign woman called, same story, so I told her not to call back as I knew it was a scam. She cut off straight away.

This frustrating number keeps ringing my house non-stop. When I pick up, all I hear is silence, then a beep, and later some robotic voice saying ‘goodbye’. It drives me mad because I can’t even yell at the annoying telemarketer behind it all.
