We are currently trying to reach out to (my name), but I must admit that the recorded message containing the case number was quite difficult to comprehend due to the jumbled letters and numbers. If they manage to serve the legal documents either at my home or workplace, it seems there will be no possibility of resolving the situation amicably. Despite my attempts to call back ten times, I was only able to reach them once. When I explained that I couldn't understand the case number, the person on the other end placed me on hold. I eventually had to hang up and make ten more calls, but unfortunately, no one answered any of them. I can confidently say that I do not have any outstanding credit card debts or loans. On top of that, the previous number that called me relentlessly for several months ended up yielding no results as no one ever answered. Due to this persistent issue, I have ultimately decided to block the number from which these calls originate.

I am unaware of these individuals. I have no knowledge of their intentions. In fact, they have contacted me on three separate occasions. However, I refuse to answer their call until they provide me with the name of the person they are seeking.

I'm experiencing the same issue as everyone else who has posted above; I keep receiving persistent phone calls that I'm growing tired of.

According to them, this loan was acquired from loan.com on October 29, 2015. The caller informed me that if I do not make the payment, they will take legal action against me. However, due to the account being severely overdue, they refused to connect me with any representative from loan.com. The individual on the call identified themselves as Goldman Associates Information Center. Despite my attempts to call them back, they kept placing me on hold repeatedly.

I have experienced a similar situation whereby I received around eight phone calls from the same company. Each time I called them, they immediately placed me on hold when I mentioned that they had the wrong person. After waiting on hold for nine minutes, the call was disconnected. When I called back again, they asked for my case number and name. I provided them with the case number but refused to give my name since it was not the person they were searching for. They became hostile and started pressuring me. In my opinion, not only should they be shut down due to their irritating hold music, but also because of the impolite individuals who work there!

I received a call on my mobile phone and another on my mother's landline. These kinds of calls happen practically every 6 months. The frustrating part is that I have no outstanding debts to anyone. It is really frustrating, and measures should be taken to address this issue. How vexing!

Unpleasant and offensive! I truly desire to identify the individual responsible for this behaviour in order to file a complaint with the more reputable business agency.

I received a similar call today. They alleged that I have an outstanding debt with a credit card company. When I informed them that I do not possess a credit card as mentioned, they accused me of failing to pay the requisite dues to the court. They claimed to have recorded our conversation for the judge's consideration. Subsequently, the conversation unfolded much like the ones recounted by other individuals on this website. Astonishingly, they insisted that I arrange for my lawyer to contact them promptly. Perhaps it would be appropriate for an attorney to get in touch with them and initiate an investigation that could result in their closure.

I encountered a woman named Karen Wood, who displayed a stern demeanor. She attempted to provoke me into a confrontation, pretending to be a fake debt collector.
