13 yearsI received a call from a chap claiming to represent Windows tech support. They assured me they could address some glitches on my laptop, which I only bought in March. After the so-called "repairs," I regretfully find that I’ve handed over my money to this lot, and I can’t help but feel I was well and truly conned! What did I pay for, exactly? A nice polish on my device? Seems like they just tidied up my wallet!
