Someone's faking being Bette Midler, but it’s definitely not her. Please, don’t give any cash to this person. The genuine Bette Midler would never be asking for money like that. She doesn’t run a fanclub or anything official like that, just has a mailing list on her authentic website. Seriously, for goodness sake, don’t send this fraudster any money!

Got a call from someone claiming to be Bette Midler, trying to get me to join her "fan club" for some ridiculous fee between £1000 and £6000. Total scam, obviously.

Saw a dodgy Facebook page claiming to be Bette Midler’s fan club, asking for card info to join. Totally a scam! They had a photo of her to make it look real but it’s just a fake site trying to steal your details. Watch out!
