Claimed to be with AT&T, but they definitely aren’t. Total scam artists.

Someone keeps ringing me up sayin I owe about 300 quid or something like that, calling it a scam. Thing is, I don’t even have a driver’s licence, never paid for insurance, and I don’t own a car. I just get around by bus, walk, or cycle. Really annoying! I tried calling the number back but it’s just dead, no answer or anything.
