What a load of nonsense! Someone posed as the tax office, using personal details like my address and date of birth, and tried to intimidate us with threats of arrest over alleged foreign dealings. They even claimed they'd sent us a couple of letters, really pushing for a response. But, of course, they ultimately wanted cash. Quite the plot twist, eh? It took my husband a mere twenty minutes to uncover the whole ruse!
