3 yearsI've received a dodgy message from an ATT number, specifically (347) 371-2067, claiming that my files have been compromised. The alarming text reads: “YOUR FILES ARE AT RISK! Your device has been compromised, and your documents accessed. Only 18 hours left to RECTIFY THIS DAMAGE at wyzwlor.com/91rarQAz.” It turns out that this link, wyzwlor.com/91rarQAz, was registered through Namecheap. I’ve contacted them through their email addresses: [email protected] and [email protected]. It's quite concerning that Namecheap seems to overlook these malicious practices just to keep the cash rolling in. I will be reporting them to the relevant authorities, namely the FCC, FTC, and DNC.
