11 yearsI recently fell victim to a rather alarming situation where some unscrupulous individuals somehow gained access to my computer. It's been nothing short of relentless - these characters claim that I owe them money, alleging that I took out a £300 loan a couple of years back and didn’t settle the debt. They even went so far as to provide me with my computer's IP address and insisted I could arrange to repay the supposed balance in instalments. Strangely enough, their demands amount to double what I allegedly borrowed, and the payment schemes they've put forth total around £1,500 for a measly £300 loan.
