I’m rather puzzled as to why my T-Mobile service allows these calls to bypass to voicemail so easily. It’s infuriating when they just ring once, hang up, and then I find myself dealing with the voicemail instead. Is this some sort of technical hiccup that T-Mobile ought to remedy? I’ve been a loyal customer for nearly 15 years, and I shell out over £200 a month for my mobile plan. The fact that I can’t even block unwanted calls is quite frustrating. What on earth is going on with this service, T-Mobile? Should I be considering switching to another provider?

I've been receiving calls that only seem to ring once before redirecting to voicemail. I've noticed quite a few similar complaints popping up too. It’s definitely a scam, so don’t be taken in by it! I’d suggest blocking the number and just ignoring any future attempts.
