I received a rather dodgy message containing a partially obscured phone number, which urged me to "click here to receive your funds: https://bit.ly/2Ww0Wia". Truth be told, I'm not anticipating any payment from anyone, so this raised a bit of a red flag. I did a bit of digging, but without shelling out any cash, I couldn't unearth anything about the sender. If they’re not willing to show their cards, it’s likely they're up to no good. I’ve gone ahead and erased both the message and the number.
