Claiming to be from Vodafone, informing me that I'm entitled to an upgrade to an iPhone 15 Pro Max and a reduction in my monthly bill. They pass you from person to person, claiming to be from different departments. They are very aggressive in their calling methods and keep calling repeatedly, particularly if you have responded indicating you have fallen for their scam! They are utter scum and need to be dealt with immediately and permanently!
