This number has rung me a couple of times, first on Friday the 18th of March, 2016, then again just now on the 21st. Seems like it’s linked to a scam - folks who pick up apparently get tempted with a free cruise to Miami and the Bahamas. If they say no, the caller gets rude and even threatens a charge that can go up to $5300 USD. I’ve blocked the number straight away after hearing this.
