11 yearsI got a call from someone saying they were contacting people listed as taking a blood thinner called XARELTO. I’ve been on blood thinners before when I was in hospital for leukemia treatment, but that was ages ago - 2009 to around 2011 - and I can’t recall all the medications I was on. The person on the phone had a really strong accent, difficult to place exactly where from, and their English wasn’t very clear. I could tell they were recording the call and kept pushing me to say the word “xarelto,” which I refused to do. When I questioned them about it, they kept pressing me for that name. Eventually, I told them I didn’t want to continue talking and just ended the call.11 yearsThis has got to be a scam or some kind of fraud.
