Received a call from someone with a noticeable foreign accent. They inquired about an employee who does work at our office, but before I could engage further, they abruptly terminated the call.

It appears to be a call centre operation. I've had a few calls where the individuals claimed to be representatives of UPS. There was even one chap who attempted to impersonate a colleague by using our internal extension. Definitely gives off a dodgy vibe-seems like a scam to me!
