When I confronted him about his true intentions, he resorted to foul language, spewing insults like a foul-mouthed child and suggesting I was some kind of daft woman who deserved to have my computer shut down. I fired back that any legitimate Microsoft representative would never stoop to such gutter talk. This seemed to infuriate him even more, and he escalated his rant.
