I get calls that just won’t stop ringing, sometimes they ring three times and then cut off, or they keep ringing non-stop. When I finally pick up, there’s nobody there, just silence. It’s pretty annoying and feels like harassment.

Got a call from someone claiming to be Microsoft tech support trying to fix my computer. When I told them they were con artists, the bloke started swearing at me and called me a stupid woman, saying I deserved my PC to be shut down. I told him no real Microsoft tech would ever speak like that. He just got even more irate and started cursing non stop, so I ended the call right away.

Got a call from some dodgy tech support scammer outta Miami but they didn’t even bother leaving a voicemail. They also tried ringing from these numbers: (305) 300-1278 and (305) 400-6688.

Best advice? Let your answering machine do the talking and ignore their rubbish calls!
