I had a rather strange call earlier from someone who introduced themselves as "Anne" from something called "Pharmacy Care." I inquired about the purpose of her call, but her response was a bit muddled-something to do with completing or requesting information, and then she blurted out, "aren't you diabetic?" Confused, I clarified that I wasn’t looking for any info and mentioned that her name didn't quite fit. I opted to hang up after that. Quite odd, if you ask me.

I got a call from this number today. It was a lady who had a bit of a Spanish lilt to her voice. She mentioned something about a referral for pain management, but claimed there was a mix-up with my insurance details. She asked for my insurance info alongside my National Insurance Number. I was rather puzzled and asked what sort of pain she meant. She then repeated my name and bluntly inquired if I was diabetic. I replied with a firm "no." Then she went on about back pain and neck pain, to which I also responded negatively. Out of curiosity, I asked her where she was calling from, but she mumbled something that I could hardly catch through the static - and there was a lot of commotion in the background with kids yelling. Clearly, this is a scam.
