13 yearsI rang back (303) 569-8310 and kept hearing the same bloke’s voice every 10 seconds saying something like, "Please hold for the next available agent. It’s important we talk to you. Thanks for waiting." After about twelve times of that loop, the call just ended. When I tried again, I was on hold for roughly three minutes, hearing the repeated message, before a younger guy finally picked up sounding pretty flat. I asked which company he was with, and he said "Capio Partners." He mentioned they dealt with personal business issues, which seemed super vague to me. I then asked if I’d been called by them before; he wasn’t sure I had, and said he couldn’t give me any more info due to privacy laws.
