9 yearsGot a call around 9:15 pm from someone who said they were with a duct cleaning company. The guy explained why he was ringing, but I wasn’t interested. He asked for house measurements and said they’d send someone round tomorrow. Trouble was, his accent made it hard to catch what he was saying. Because I was unsure, I asked where he was calling from. He insisted it was Taranto. Yep, Taranto. I pointed out the number wasn’t from Toronto, but he kept insisting it was and tried to convince me to go ahead. I told him no thanks and ended the call. Honestly, I swear I could have had my ducts cleaned hundreds of times this year with how many calls like this I get. It’s so frustrating since they always show as unlisted, private, or unknown numbers.
