The caller introduced himself around 9:15 in the evening, explaining that he was reaching out regarding a DUCT CLEANING SERVICE. I remained courteous but had little interest in his pitch. He inquired about the dimensions of my home, claiming he could send someone over the following day for assistance. I found it quite hard to decipher what he was saying. When I noticed the number, I asked him where he was calling from, and he claimed it was TARANTO. Yes, you read that right...TARANTO. I pointed out that the number didn’t originate from Toronto at all. Yet, he persisted, attempting to negotiate. I firmly told him I was not keen and ended the call. I’m serious when I say I could have arranged for my ducts to be cleaned two hundred times this past year-it’s absolutely ludicrous! What’s more frustrating is that these calls come from numbers that are always UNLISTED, PRIVATE, or marked as UNKNOWN. I usually pick up thinking it might be someone I know with a new number.

I'm really not a fan of these mystery calls! Just found out it's from Rogers regarding a bundle offer. If only I could figure out who’s on the other end, I might actually pick up the phone!
