This morning (21st October 2013), I received a call from this number. They claimed I had been selected for a chance to win two cruise tickets, contingent upon completing a quick survey. I managed to answer the first two queries, but then the call abruptly ended. It appeared as though someone was lurking on the other end. I suspect it might be a sort of number tracking scheme that only lasts about 20 to 30 seconds. I’d advise steering clear of this number and just report it instead.
