This ARO collection agency is nothing short of a nuisance. They seem to be acting as phone thugs for various councils, including the likes of Mississauga and Brampton among others. It’s quite alarming how often they seem to pester the wrong individuals! Interestingly, they've got another number in circulation too-905-968-0503-which doesn’t help matters one bit.
