I did get that call, and I must say, it left me quite anxious. They claimed that I was being investigated and that I could potentially face allegations of fraud. It all seemed utterly ridiculous, yet it did cross my mind that perhaps someone is misusing my National Insurance number. I truly hope that someone is working to uncover who is behind this!
