Sometimes they say they're from "auto processing centre" or "vehicle warranty services". I told them ages ago that I sold my car almost two years back and asked them to stop as I'm on the Do Not Call list, but the calls keep coming. No difference if you stay calm or lose your temper - they’ll either cut you off while you’re still talking or fib about taking your number off their calling list. Proper annoying.
