I noticed some strange activity on my phone recently. On 8th December around 7:45pm, a number ending in 491 buzzed me but only rang for a split second. Then on the early hours of 9th December about 12:05am, I got a missed call from another number that ends with 495. My phone was on silent at the time so I didn’t catch it ringing properly. I’m pretty certain this is dodgy, especially since I have no connections in Zambia and the numbers were so alike with such short rings. Seems like a typical scam to me.

Last night, I got a call from this number on my mobile, and then around midnight, a number almost identical but with a different last digit rang me again. I’m pretty sure it's a scam, so I’ve blocked both now.
