9 yearsI got a call from this number and the woman claimed to be from BT, saying there was an issue with my broadband. She gave me her name, Jessica Miller, along with a BT ID and customer licence number, which honestly sounded convincing at first. Then she asked me to switch my laptop on, and that’s when I got suspicious and said I’d ring BT directly. Right after that, she just hung up.
