Used to get calls every couple days, but now they ring me up like two times a day. When I pick up, I can just hear heavy breathing but not a word back. Honestly, they leave me no option but to blast a whistle right into the phone!

If this so-called "per Say" collections is legit, they seriously need someone who actually speaks proper English. The folks on the other end are super pushy and downright rude. I just don’t pick up when that number rings now.

Just got a call claiming they needed to verify my details because of some 'Canadian privacy regulations'. It didn't sound right at all, so I said I wouldn't share anything unless they proved who they were. They said they were from a collections company in Kelowna, BC. They also mentioned they'd sent a letter and that I should ring them once it arrives. I'm definitely planning to report this to the RCMP.

This number has rung me a few times but never left a message. When I finally picked up, a guy with a strong Indian accent spoke mumbo jumbo I could barely catch. I yelled, "What do you want? Stop ringing here!" He replied, "You’re in collections and the calls will keep coming." Then we both just hung up. I’m up to date with all my payments.
