We've been gettin loads of calls on both mine and my hubby's phones. I told the phone company to block the number but they said the only real way is just to not pick up. Apparently, as soon as you answer, it lets them know someone’s there and they'll keep ringin. I’m even signed up on the no call list, but with these dodgy scammers, it seems like it doesn’t make a difference.

This number keeps ringing me around twice a week for the last few weeks, mostly in the late afternoon hours. I never pick up and they don’t bother leaving a voicemail. My phone number isn’t on any public lists. I’m a bit older and this is just a prepaid phone my daughter got me for emergencies, like if the power fails, so there’s no way it’s listed anywhere. Seems like they’re using some automated dialling system. Really appreciate this website for helping figure this out.

Been getting calls from this number on and off since 28th Jan 2016. They rang three times just today. It usually rings once, then they cut off without saying a word or leaving any message.
