Can anyone tell me who owns this number?

I got a call from this bloke who said he’s into buying and selling dried boogers. I was a bit lost and asked him to explain properly. Turns out, he claims they’re some kind of future energy source. Apparently, these old boogers hold loads of unused power. He also mentioned that the Canadian Liberal party, along with support from the NDP and the Greens, is backing his project to collect dried boogers from people all over the country. The goal is to create environmentally friendly energy that’s easy to produce. When I asked how energy could come from dried boogers, he said they burn them in boiler rooms to extract energy. I was pretty doubtful at first, but he seemed like a proper rep and had political endorsements to back him up. Might actually be a decent idea, especially if it helps the planet.

These lot have been ringing me up on both my mobile and landline, making silly childish noises and playing random clips from YouTube. They even greet me using my own religion, then end up swearing by the time they finish. They just won’t stop, calling me all hours - early in the morning or late at night. When I block their number on my phone, they go and order pizzas and stuff pretending to be me with my number. Seriously, they’re relentless. Clearly, they've got nothing better to do than mess with someone else’s life. Sorry for the language, but honestly, they’re just pathetic. My advice: just change your number, it’s the only way to be rid of them.

They find listings on Kijiji and ring up about the ad, then start going on about having loads of people shagging in the car you're selling. Pretty sure they’re using some app that hides their real phone number, making it show as a foreign number instead. They gave me all sorts of weird accents, so I told them I'd get my dog to chat with them. They just laughed and hung up. If they bother me again, I’m gonna pretend to be a telemarketer, try to sell them something, and then slip them the number for the local cops.

I got a dodgy call earlier claiming I'd won 35 million, plus a car and free petrol and insurance for a couple of years. They told me to pop down to Western Union and send £850 to some guy called "Ezra Thomas" so they could send my prize today. Apparently, an RCMP officer and a solicitor would show up and even come with me to the bank to cash the cheque... all supposedly from Publisher's Clearing House. Bit of a scam if you ask me! :(

So this number called me over the weekend, some guy said he was in a mess cause he'd buried a body and was clueless what to do next. I just ended the call. Then about a week later, they ring again asking if we’re still on for a pizza party that weekend… really weird stuff. I ended up getting an app to block the number after that.

Ignored the calls since the number looked unfamiliar. They rang me on 15th Feb 2014 at about 3:40 in the afternoon, and then again very early the next day, around 1:20 and 1:50 in the morning on 16th Feb. No messages were left, but I could make out some rustling noises and what sounded like a TV or radio playing faintly in the background.

I got a couple of calls from this number pretty early, like around 4:30 in the morning. Didn't pick up at first since I didn't know who it was. Then they rang again about five minutes later, so I decided to answer. They were asking for some bloke named Matt. I told them they had the wrong person, and then they just hung up and never called back. Saw some other comments and looks like these folks don’t have much else going on. I’m in Ontario, Canada, but the number is showing as coming from Florida.
