Every time I get one of these dodgy wangiri scam calls, I reckon it’s best to report them to the cops. At the moment, the police aren’t doing much because they’re not fully aware of what’s happening. Check out the post on this site right before the hotspot map and click the “action fraud” link to report these dodgy attempts to nick your money. The reporting feature on this site isn’t working at the minute, so you’ll have to report it as an attempted crime (victim report).
