I receive this number multiple times throughout the day. Eventually, I received a voicemail regarding my supposed ownership of an Oppenheimer fund. The person mentioned their name but did not mention the name of their company. This situation seems suspicious and could potentially be a scam.

It seems that Oppenheimer has contracted a rather foolish call center service which incessantly bothers their customers with undesired phone calls. Unfortunately, the managers running this call center have not properly trained their employees to clearly state the reason for their call when leaving a message. As a result, these calls come across as suspicious and it is hard to imagine why anyone in their right mind would think otherwise. If this is the level of quality that Oppenheimer seeks when selecting its business partners, I will certainly never interact with Oppenheimer or the individuals they choose to employ.

I recently received a call from someone claiming to be "Anthony Beltran" from Oppenheimer. He said he wanted to discuss an investment I supposedly had with them, which is not true. He provided a phone number, 2122355754, to reach him directly. The call came through under the name "DF King" at 718-484-6247. However, when I tried calling the DF King number, it was disconnected. When I called the 2122355754 number, it connected me to a call center, which I promptly hung up on. Clearly, this is a scam. My recommendation is to not answer any calls from unknown numbers and block them all.

Having received a total of six messages from this particular number today, I decided to add it to my blocked callers list. However, even with this action, my phone still rang briefly each time they tried to reach me. To my dismay, after blocking them, I started receiving calls from the same number every half a minute. Unfortunately, this repeated eleven more times until I finally reached out to a family member and informed them about my decision to disconnect my phone. Interestingly enough, it seems that making that call somehow caused the persistent caller to cease their constant attempts to contact me - for the time being, at least.

I received a phone call today at 4:08pm, but I chose not to answer it. However, the same person called again at 4:34pm. The caller ID displayed that the call was coming from New York, specifically New York City.

WARNING: POTENTIAL THREAT. PLEASE BE CAREFUL. I had been receiving persistent calls from an unknown caller for several days. Regrettably, I made the mistake of engaging in conversation with them without realizing the danger. They deceived me by pretending to add my number to the Do Not Call List. To my dismay, the very next day, I began receiving calls originating from Russia.

Do you happen to have the option of call forwarding? If so, you can redirect those bothersome calls to an equally problematic caller. Personally, I find immense delight in doing just that!

A call was immediately terminated when the automated answering machine picked up. It appears to be yet another fraudulent phone call from a person residing in a different state. The efficacy of the supposed "DO NOT CALL LIST" is highly questionable and does not seem to provide any real protection. The caller's details have been reported to both the FCC and the FTC for further investigation.

Getting 6-8 phone calls daily is incredibly frustrating. It's becoming quite bothersome and irritating.
