This number is totally new to me, I only noticed it because a message was sent from my phone to it. At first, I assumed one of my mates had messaged someone else by mistake. But after looking into things I’m wondering if scammers might have managed to hack my phone to send that text? If that’s the case, how would I go about blocking them?

I saw the comments about this number and it sounds familiar. I got two calls from it in one day, but when I picked up it was just silence or some noise that made me think it’s some sort of trick. I never pick up calls from numbers I don’t know or that come up as ‘unknown’. If it’s really important, the caller leaves a proper message, right? But if there’s nothing or the message says I owe money (which I definitely don’t), then it’s obvious a scam or some dodgy scheme. The authorities really need to clamp down on these kinds of phone cheats.

This number keeps ringing me off and on, but since I haven’t got a clue who they are, I just let it ring out. No voicemail or anything to say who they want, which is pretty annoying. They’ve been at it for a few months now, popping up once in a while. Honestly, I’m annoyed that I’m paying for my phone just to get bothered by these mystery calls.

It was clearly an automated call. You can't stop them from speaking. Best thing is to just hang up and block the number if you can.

First they dialed my mobile, then my landline before just hanging up. Looks like they (probably scammers) were testing if I'm someone worth targetting. Best not to pick up if this number (210-627-8613) pops up on your screen.

This number keeps ringing me at weird times, usually really early in the morning or around 7 or 8 in the evening, but never leaves a voicemail! It’s been doing this for months now. Is there any way to block it? You’ve got my email, so please tell me if that’s possible? I’ve tried using the official government blocking tools before, but they’re becoming useless. Really need some help here... Can’t sleep because of it!

Got a call with no voicemail left. I looked up the number on here and found out who it was. Decided to block it so it doesn’t ring again.

Got a ring from this number but no voicemail left. I tried calling back and a Verizon Wireless recording popped up saying the line was disconnected. Pretty sure it's a scam. I'm definitely blocking it from now on.
