Got a call from someone saying they were with a career site, saying they could help me get a job or something. When I asked for details, she just said we'd discuss it later - felt quite dodgy to me. She sounded weirdly mechanical too, so I asked if she was a real person. Then, out of nowhere, she just cut me off. Definitely seems like some dodgy phone bot trying to collect info for shady things.

I got called a few times by some job site number, like three times in a row, but they never left any message. So I decided to ring them back. When I picked up, the person just goes, "Are you there?" I told her I was wondering what jobs they had, then I said I don't bother with firms that call repeatedly and don’t bother to leave a voicemail. She just cut me off and hung up halfway through what I was saying.

Usually I just ignore calls from numbers I don't know. If it’s not someone I recognise, I won't bother picking up. Simple as that. Hope that annoys them, cos I’m not gonna let them get to me. If it’s really something important, they can always leave a message. ;-)

I keep gettin’ calls from this number loads of times a day, but they never leave any voicemail. I looked it up and it says it’s a solicitor’s office or something, but I’m not too sure about it. Seems a bit dodgy if you ask me.

They first wanted to know what kind of work I was after, then suddenly asked if I was a citizen of the States. When I told them I was here legally but not a citizen, they just cut the call. Honestly, couldn’t be bothered with them.

They ring me like 5 times a day, one call right after the other. I've picked up and said clearly I want no more calls, that I'm not interested and to please remove me from whatever list they have me on. But still, the calls keep coming.
