Got a weird automated message claiming I had an internet issue with BT, but the call came from Egypt! It told me to “press 1 to speak to an adviser” but this is just a dodgy scam. If you do press 1, you get put on a crazy expensive premium rate line and end up waiting ages. Don’t ever press any buttons when you get calls like this! Just block the number straight away.
