The person on the other end, a woman with either an Indian or Filipino accent, informed me that my account was being billed £79.99 for an Amazon Prime subscription. I had no idea what she was on about, especially since I terminated my last Amazon Prime account back in November 2020. It felt like she was trying to pressure me, mentioning how substantial the sum was. I ended the call right away!
