6 yearsI got a call from someone claiming to be from SKY saying my internet speeds were slower than what I should be getting. The bloke had a noticeable Asian accent and asked me to run a speed test. Then he told me to download some app so "technicians" could access my PC. I wasn’t keen on that and said no, explaining that downloading random stuff might just slow my computer more. He got a bit snappy and insisted I do it, but I stood firm and said I don’t even know who he is. I mentioned if my speed was truly slow and they couldn’t fix it, I’d switch providers.
