I received a recorded announcement claiming there was dubious activity on my network, warning me that if I didn’t press 1 to connect with an agent, BT would terminate my line. It’s blatantly a scam! First off, I’m not even a BT customer, and secondly, there’s absolutely nothing amiss with my network. Total nonsense!
