10 yearsI got a call saying they wanted to lower my interest rate to 6% since apparently I’m a loyal customer who always pays on time. They asked me to confirm my date of birth and when my card expired. Then they wanted my full visa number, which seemed odd, so I told them to say the number they had and I’d check it. But they said they couldn’t do that because they supposedly didn’t have the info themselves. Then they asked for the 3-digit security code from the back of my card.
