I received a call from this number but I never answer calls from unknown sources. They left a voicemail, which was rather odd-just some heavy breathing without any information about what they wanted. Quite peculiar, to say the least!

They masqueraded as "Card Services" and wanted my account details along with my national insurance number. They claimed I wasn't registered in their database and that they had made an 'error'.

When I inquired whether they were affiliated with Wells Fargo, they remained silent. I also requested their name, but they stated they couldn’t share that information.

I then asked to speak to a manager, and they put me on hold for a daunting quarter of an hour.

Without delay, I contacted my bank and got my card replaced.

Honestly, I just ended the call right there because who knows what kind of charges pressing that 5 might incur? It's hard to be trusting these days!
