Firstly, it's important to note that the IRS does not typically make phone calls; they prefer to send notifications via mail. Furthermore, it's highly unlikely for them to be making calls at this time of the evening (it's currently 7:45 pm). In conclusion, it seems that someone falsely claims that the IRS is filing a lawsuit against me - quite unbelievable, really.

I receive calls from this number every day, but for the first time, they actually left a message. The message claims to be from the IRS, stating that they are initiating a lawsuit against me for unknown reasons.

The men I had a conversation with were far from being friendly. One of them identified himself as Jack Williams with badge number T52512, and the other as Rein Batton with badge number IRM150212. Firstly, it's important to note that the IRS never contacts individuals over the phone; they solely communicate through mail. Furthermore, they never intimidate you by threatening immediate arrest or imprisonment if you fail to make a full payment right away. These individuals demanded $7,000 from me, but fortunately, I knew better than to comply. I promptly reported their scam to TIGTA, which is the genuine agency responsible for making calls on behalf of the IRS. Their calls are solely for the purpose of verifying reports. If you come across calls from this number, simply ignore them. However, if you do happen to answer, feel free to play along and ask them numerous questions until they give up their act.

My wife received a call from a certain number, and upon returning the call, they informed me that I had unpaid taxes amounting to £7,900. They further threatened that failure to make immediate payment would result in the sheriff coming to arrest me at my residence the next day. The individuals on the call made numerous absurd threats which alarmed me. In light of this, I have chosen to block their phone number.

My underage child keeps receiving calls from this specific telephone number, with the caller identifying themselves as the IRS. After having already contacted them twice before to request the removal of her number from their calling list, I reached out to them again. Unfortunately, the person I spoke to responded in an extremely abusive manner and threatened that I would now receive 500 calls a day, using derogatory language.
