Can someone please put an end to the constant calls from this number? It's really annoying.

I get called a couple of times daily by a lady who says the FBI is after me, then when I hang up, she rings back asking me to donate cash to a kids' Christmas charity. It's really annoying and uses up all my phone credit! I've blocked and blacklisted the number but somehow the calls still come through on my mobile.
