1 yearI got an email saying there was suspicious activity on my PayPal account and asked me to call a number to sort it out. The message claimed there was a payment of $299.99 pending, but since I'm in the UK and the number was from the US, I knew something was up. It looked like a classic scam trying to get me to ring them. I didn’t click any links and instead went straight to the official PayPal website to change my password.
