Just like others said, some person with a strong accent called saying they were my “software supplier” and started asking if I had 6 computers connected to my home network. The moment I asked what software they were talking about, they ended the call right away. Total scammers. I’ve blocked the number.

Got a call on my mobile from 13095550114, sounded like an Indian or Pakistani bloke. He asked if it was me by name, said he was from some company called Dialtech - but when I asked him to spell it out, he said "dial tch" or something like that. Then he went on about my computer and all my info being at risk unless I did exactly what he said and pressed a few keys. Luckily, I knew it was a scam right away, so I just ended the call. Don’t go following their steps, just put the phone down straight away.

got a ring from this number earlier. some guy with an indian accent asked for me by my first name. he said he was from a company called "(something) tech," claiming they do work for microsoft. knowing it was a dodgy call i decided to mess with him a bit. he told me six computers were linked to my wifi. i asked what he wanted me to do about it, thinking he'd try to get remote access to my computer. but out of nowhere, he just ended the call on me.

Some bloke rang up saying he was from a software firm and started asking questions about my PC. I asked where they got my number from but he wouldn’t say a word. When I didn’t wanna play along, they just dropped the call on me.

Got a call from someone claiming to be with Windows, saying loads of devices were trying to get into my PC. When I asked how they even had my details, he reckoned I’d signed up with Windows - which I definitly hadn’t. The guy was Indian and spoke quickly, and when I told him it sounded like a scam, he ended the call sharpish. Feels like these scammers are getting slicker the more calls they make.
