Reports on phone number 1300663901
5 yearsI recently received a small card in the mail addressed to my daughter. The front of the card had "ATTENTION REQUIRED" written on it. It came from head office Dunn and Bradstreet, with the return address being PO Box 7405, St Kilda Road, Melbourne VIC3004. The card had an Easy Peel seal. When I opened it, there was a printed message at the top saying "Urgent Attention Required". It was addressed to my daughter by her full name, including her middle name, with the date of July 28, 2021. The message on the card stated that there had been an attempted contact regarding an urgent matter. There were four boxes and one of them was ticked to indicate that they had tried to reach out. There were also notes which mentioned the need to speak to my daughter about this urgent matter and requested her to contact them as soon as possible. The card included a reference number which consisted of seven digits and a contact number: 1300 663 901.DunnBradstreetSt Kilda RoadMelbourne5 yearsMy parents are in a state of panic after receiving an important letter that requires immediate attention. The only issue is that I do not owe anything to anyone, especially not to Centrelink since I don't receive any money from them. I did contact Centrelink regarding the frequent phone calls from this agency, and a representative confirmed that there are no debts against my name. They advised me to ignore these calls. Despite this, the agency still persists and even sent me a card today. When will they finally give up?Centrelink7 yearsAbsolutely appalling behaviour! I recently had the misfortune of experiencing the most amateurish approach ever from a company regarding an alleged Centrelink debt for an autistic child. Not only did they contact the child directly, displaying a complete lack of professionalism, but they also left automated messages with incorrect syntax. It would have been logical for them to follow instructions and contact the carer instead. As others have pointed out, considering the numerous spam and fraud issues, Centrelink should definitely improve their handling of such matters. Lastly, it took me quite some time to establish that this company was actually legitimate, and to top it all off, the staff member I spoke with displayed a disgraceful attitude. It's unfortunately a typical situation where a government-affiliated company lacks accountability, transparency, and support for their clients.Centrelink7 yearsI received a card stating it was from Milton Graham, previously Dunn and Bradstreet. It mentions that my Centrelink debt will now be deducted from my regular Centrelink payments. I have no idea why they sent this, it's completely strange and inexplicable.Milton GrahamDunnBradstreetCentrelink8 yearsI received an identical card, containing all of my information but no information about the sender. Clearly, they expect a reply from me without revealing their identity. With the presence of numerous scams, it is not surprising that I am hesitant to respond. As I was receiving the New Start Allowance, my payments were stopped for missing a job network appointment. Consequently, Centrelink informed me that I owed them money due to my discontinued benefits and advised me to arrange a payment plan with the representatives from Dun and Bradstreet until I could resume receiving Centrelink payments. They deduct the agreed amount directly from my payments. During my conversation, I spoke with Sarah from Dun and Bradstreet, who requested my full identity details such as my full name, date of birth, and postal address. This request seemed legitimate, indicating that Centrelink has indeed referred my debt to them.DunBradstreetCentrelinkSarah10 yearsI recently received an urgent letter through the post that mentioned attempts to contact me. However, I am unsure about the sender's identity since they did not specify. To get some clarity, I searched for the phone number online and it led me here. Nevertheless, it is quite difficult to confirm as the call went unanswered when I tried contacting them, and they did not leave a voicemail in case I missed their call.DunBradstreet10 yearsI received a card in the post that requires your attention. Upon opening it, I discovered that it contained my name, date, and details about attempted contact. The message conveyed the urgency of the matter and requested that I get in touch right away. Quite amusingly, the card did not disclose the sender's identity. Whenever they call, the number is always hidden or unidentified. Even though the call goes to voicemail, they never leave a message.
