Seriously, don’t ring this number back!3 yearsGot two texts from an unknown mobile about 10 minutes apart, both with the same info, trying to rush you into action. The 1300 number they included was only partly clickable, the link wasn’t complete. Then, I got two calls from a Sydney number (02 9158 6385), spaced out in the same way, which I let go to voicemail. The first message was some automated voice asking me to ring back and giving a one-time pin number - banks don’t normally do that unless you’re already on the line with them. The second voicemail was just nonsense, probably their scam recording glitching or something.Sydney3 yearsJust got a message saying my Bank of Queensland card was frozen because of some dodgy transactions from overseas. The text told me to reply with Y to 61447310169 if everything was okay or to ring a certain number. I didn’t phone them straight away as their lines were shut, so I looked the number up on Google.
