I've just gotten a notification indicating that I've been billed £14.50 monthly for 50 quizzes, which I neither desired nor requested. Could someone advise me on how to cancel this? I'd really like to sort it out as soon as possible.

What a load of rubbish! They've taken £15 from me, and I can't for the life of me figure out how that's happened since my number isn't even linked to Facebook.

On the 21st of February in 2018, I clicked on something whilst scrolling through Facebook, and almost immediately got a text message saying, "FreeMsg: Enjoy unlimited access to your content by entering your ID: 61 (followed by my mobile number) and pass: 610ae1 at qu.quizikoo.com. Discover the finest Aussie Content." I promptly texted back with 'STOP', yet they went ahead and charged my Optus account $13.78 anyway. This is clearly a scam, and it's high time action is taken against such deceitful practices!

Be cautious about what you click on when using Facebook! I've noticed a mysterious charge of £14.90 for something called MyMobile messaging appearing on my bill. The odd thing is, I've never signed up for this service at all. It's quite concerning that Optus isn’t stopping these unexpected charges-it's rather dubious that a third party can impose fees on your mobile account without proper consent. I'm quite frustrated, to say the least!

If you find yourself in a similar situation, it’s best to get in touch with your phone provider directly and outline the matter as an unauthorised charge. I did exactly that, and they were able to cancel the subscription and return my money. It’s worth noting, though, that I had to drop terms like "scammers," "fraud," and "report" to really get their attention. The link they provided proved to be useless, and attempts to send "STOP" to their texts didn’t work, leaving me with no choice but to call up my service provider. Also, I took the necessary step of flagging it as a scam on Facebook too.

I was perusing through Facebook and must have inadvertently tapped on one of the colour options because I found myself out of pocket by £14.90 for something utterly unbeknownst to me. I find myself in a similar predicament as countless others... utterly taken aback and deeply disheartened that these crooks manage to evade consequences. What’s the best way to tackle this issue? How can we put an end to these deceitful individuals exploiting honest folks and their hard-earned cash?

I selected a hue and now I'm bombarded with calls that I didn't ask for. I'm rather displeased about the fees they're charging me. I'm not keen on continuing with Quizkoo, so I kindly request that you cancel my service. Thank you!

They swiped my cash as well... Absolutely outrageous! It's high time Facebook took notice of this!

I received a text from this number and decided to give it a ring. They assured me that they would cancel the payment and send me my refund in the form of a cheque. To be honest, it’s left me feeling quite anxious.

I've just noticed a charge of $14.90 Australian has vanished from my phone account. I've raised the issue with Telstra, though I'm not holding my breath for much action on their part. I've requested that they prevent any third-party purchases on my device. I stumbled upon this lot on Facebook whilst scrolling through a seemingly innocent 'pick a colour' post. However, the link they provided leads to a dead end: http://msplash-au.quizikoo.com - it’s completely inaccessible!

I simply chose a colour on Facebook and received a message from the number 1300363847, identifying itself as Tekka, quizikoo. It mentioned that £14.90 was going to be deducted from my account.

I noticed a charge of £14.90 appearing on my bank statement out of the blue. I reached out to Telstra, and they've assured me they're halting all unauthorised third-party deductions. What gets on my nerves is that I've never enrolled in anything like this! Nevertheless, Telstra informed me that the number associated with these charges is 1300724406, linked to quizikoo. They’re going to contact them to cease any future payments. It took me nearly three-quarters of an hour to chase this up, and now I’m left in limbo waiting for a callback from Telstra.

I've just discovered that Quizikoo has swiped my prepaid balance under dubious circumstances! Tried reaching out to them, but their support is only available on weekdays. What a waste of time!

I recently participated in a survey on Facebook, but I didn't agree to anything during the process. Out of the blue, I received a message stating that £14.95 had been deducted from my account. It's odd because my phone number isn't linked to my Facebook profile, so I can't fathom how they acquired it. Quite baffling, really!
