The phone number and the address provided don’t align with what’s on the company's official site. Furthermore, the email was traced back to Amsterdam, while the company claims to be based in Melbourne, Australia-quite the discrepancy, wouldn’t you say? To top it off, the email address I received it on already has a track record of dealing with spam and dodgy messages. Definitely a red flag!

I strongly suspect this could be some sort of scam!

I just had a rather concerning phone call where the person insisted on an urgent payment for a visa fee that was supposedly overdue. I’ve taken the liberty of notifying AGL about this and can confirm that the number does not belong to them or any of their associates. The caller was rather vague and couldn’t even share her name or the company she was supposedly working for, merely stating she was 'representing AGL'. Also, I can assure you, Recovery Corp seems to be a figment of someone's imagination. Whatever you do, steer clear of sharing any of your bank or AGL account details with her!

I got a call from this number claiming to be associated with AGL, saying they could only converse with an inmate currently incarcerated. Quite on the peculiar side, if you ask me!

It's absolutely ridiculous! They keep ringing me incessantly from a withheld number, only to leave a message afterward. Quite infuriating, if you ask me!
