They stealthily signed me up for their £15 a week clever quiz website without my consent, all thanks to a cheeky pop-up amusing intelligence test on my phone - clearly, I flunked it! Now, trying to cancel this subscription feels like an uphill battle. I've yet to manage it! And don't even get me started on their customer service; reaching a human being at their call centre to voice my grievances or to unsubscribe seems like a lost cause entirely.

I received a rather alarming text on my phone today. It informed me that I had signed up for a service called Smart Young, which was going to set me back £14.00 a week from my upcoming bill.
