I got signed up for this £15 a week smartyoung quiz thing without me even agreeing to it - it popped up on my phone as some sort of fun little intelligence test (which I clearly bombed!). Now, trying to cancel is a nightmare, I've still not managed to unsubscribe. And don’t even bother trying to speak to anyone on their customer service line, it’s like they’ve got no real people to talk to.

Got a text on my phone saying I've signed up for Smart Young and it’ll cost me $14 each week on my bill. The message had a link to au.smartyoung.mobi and said to text STOP to 19789170 or call 1300118832 if I want out. Don’t remember ever agreeing to this!
