11 yearsI got a text from VAYA on my mobile saying I’d hit my international limit with a charge of $2.45 so far this month. They asked me to ring 1300008292 to confirm, otherwise my service might get blocked. When I called, they told me there were five international calls on my account that I supposedly made, but I know I never did. They insisted that if the calls show up on my account, I must have made them. Not long after that, my phone stopped working altogether.
