My phone showed 'Account Services' on the caller ID. When I picked up, there was a robot voice telling me to press 1 if I was (my name). I did that. Then it repeated the instruction to press 1 for (my name) again, so I pressed 1 once more. After that, it said to hit * if I wanted to talk to someone.
